Quality Assurance

We don’t compromise on verification. Every compound undergoes multi-stage testing to ensure your research starts with the highest quality materials.

Our Testing Promise

98%+ Purity Standard

Every peptide in our catalog meets a minimum purity threshold of 98%, verified by reverse-phase HPLC. Many of our compounds test at 99% or higher. We do not sell batches that fail to meet this threshold—period.

Batch Retention

We retain samples from every batch for a minimum of 24 months. If you ever need to verify a batch or have questions about stability, we can reference the original chromatography data.

Independent Verification

Our analytical laboratory operates independently from our synthesis partners. This separation ensures unbiased quality assessment and eliminates conflicts of interest in batch release decisions.

Testing Methods

1. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

Reverse-phase HPLC confirms purity by separating the target peptide from synthesis byproducts, truncated sequences, and impurities. We use gradient elution with UV detection at 214 nm and 280 nm for comprehensive impurity profiling.

2. Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)

Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry confirms molecular weight and sequence identity. This detects isobaric impurities that HPLC alone might miss and verifies that the delivered compound is exactly what was ordered.

3. Peptide Content Analysis

We quantify actual peptide content (not just total lyophilized powder) using amino acid analysis. This ensures you receive the correct molar quantity of active peptide, accounting for counterions and residual moisture.

Certificate of Analysis

Every order includes access to the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA), which contains:
  • Batch number and synthesis date
  • HPLC chromatogram (UV trace)
  • Mass spectrometry data (m/z confirmation)
  • Purity percentage and impurity profile
  • Peptide content quantification
  • Appearance and solubility notes
  • Recommended storage conditions
  • Expiration date
