Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom synthesis orders may require 5-10 additional business days.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (domestic), 7-21 business days (international) Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (domestic), 3-10 business days (international) Cold Chain Express: Temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs—recommended for all peptide orders during warm weather
Packaging
All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain stability:
- Insulated thermal mailers
- Gel ice packs (reusable)
- Discreet, unmarked outer packaging
- No product descriptions on external labels
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country and postal code
- Total package weight
- Selected shipping method
- Temperature-controlled requirements
Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders over $200 USD.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Compliance with local laws regarding importation of research peptides
- Providing accurate customs documentation
VitaMondo is not responsible for orders seized by customs. Please verify your country’s import regulations before ordering. We cannot refund seized shipments.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive tracking within 48 hours.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Photographic evidence is required for damage claims.
Restricted Countries
We currently do not ship to countries under US sanctions or where importation of research peptides is explicitly prohibited. Contact info@vitamondopeptides.com if you are unsure about your country’s eligibility.
