Q: What does “lyophilized” mean?

A: Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 14-30 days depending on the specific peptide.
Q: What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)? 
A: A COA is a document that verifies the purity and identity of a specific batch. It includes HPLC chromatograms, mass spectrometry data, and purity percentages.

A: All orders include insulated packaging. For warm climates or summer months, we include gel ice packs. Express shipping is recommended for temperature-sensitive orders.
