1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VitaMondo website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by VitaMondo are intended strictly for research purposes. They are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or any application involving administration to living organisms. By purchasing from VitaMondo, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are purchasing these materials solely for in vitro research and laboratory study
  • You will NOT use these products for human consumption under any circumstances
  • You will NOT resell these products for human consumption purposes
  • You understand these compounds are experimental and not approved by the FDA, EMA, or any regulatory body for human use

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from VitaMondo. You must be affiliated with a recognized research institution, university, laboratory, or corporate research entity. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity and to require verification of research affiliation.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity data, and specifications are accurate. However, product information is subject to change without notice. HPLC and MS data provided are representative of the specific batch tested. Analytical results may vary slightly between batches within normal manufacturing tolerances.

5. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept PayPal, major credit cards via Stripe, and bank transfers for qualifying institutional orders.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or import restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that importation of research peptides is permitted in your country.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of biochemical research materials, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrived damaged or if the wrong item was shipped. Proof of damage must be provided via photograph within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

VitaMondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of VitaMondo and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Governing Law
